How to back up the hotel lock data from old computer to new computer

　　1. In the old computer, open the hotel lock software, open the Create/Manage Guestrooms, press F12 on the interface, click  backup to Encoder, about 2 minutes or so, it will prompt that the backup is successful.

　　2. In the old computer, in the Staff's key card, issue a master card, the master card can open all the doors in the system

　　3. In the old computer, go to the system management, in the registration interface, put the master card on the encoder, press F12, click to Get Hotel-ID from Encoder, the hotel lock software will restart

　　4. In the new computer, install the hotel lock software, open the system management to do registration. The hotel name must be the same as the original name when registering. During the registration progress bar, tell the salesperson to confirm registration online( Please contact the salesperson in advance for registration), otherwise the registration is unsuccessful

　　5. In the new computer, after opening the Create/Manage Guestrooms, press F12 on the that interface, and click to Read from Encoder

　　6. In the new computer, open the system management, in the registration interface, put the master card on the encoder, press F12, and click to Get Hotel-ID from Master Card.

　　7. After the operation is completed, the hotel lock software runs normally on the new computer.

　　Note: After the hotel lock software installed on the computer and the room set up, the first and third steps are necessary operations, otherwise, things will go to much more complicated, in case that the computer is damaged or the system is reinstalled,  after new hotel lock software installed, all the room setting need to be redo , and all hotel locks have to be reset.
